Nicole C. Henning

Nicole Henning's practice focuses on legal, appellate, and strategic issues. She has represented Firm clients at all stages of trial and appellate litigation, from a case's initial pleadings to merits briefing before the United States Supreme Court. She has litigated a variety of cases including qui tam litigation, criminal cases, wrongful death claims, products liability claims, jurisdictional disputes, and contract disputes. Nicole has successfully briefed appeals in numerous state and federal appellate courts and has successfully argued cases in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth, Seventh, and Ninth Circuits.

Nicole has significant experience in representing clients in nationwide, global settlements of qui tam litigation. In that capacity, she has developed in-depth knowledge of the complex damages and liability issues that often arise in False Claims Act litigation. She also has played a key role in both large and small internal investigations concerning alleged violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and other securities laws and regulations.
