Bud Elkin started learning and playing music at the age of 13 for two reasons:

1:)He promised his dying father that he would learn how to play the guitar he gave him, and also

make records.

2.) Because he could not dance, and if you could not dance to get girls you had to play music or be left out in the cold!

"Cocaine" portrays the true life of Cocaine fever.

The other tunes from Bud Elkin deal with love and relationships good and bad. Music from Americana to Blues fills the roster. Bud is also delving into emotional Instrumentals for movie, TV, and game soundtracks.
His latest project coming out this fall will be a new style/genre similar to the Americana tunes of Jimmy Buffett, and Zac Brown Band.
