Nobu Yamanouchi has more than 30 years of experience advising companies, particularly in the automotive, electronic, oil and gas, and pharmaceutical industries, in cross-border M&A, joint ventures, going private transactions, takeover defense, and other corporate matters.

Nobu has represented various Japanese companies in their cross-border acquisition programs, including: Honda Motor in its acquisition of a Formula One racing company, NTT Data in its acquisition of the consulting business of a French company, and Terumo in its transaction with a French medical device company. He also advised TonenGeneral Sekiyu in its acquisition of Mitsui Oil Co., Ltd., now MOC Marketing K.K. In addition, he has advised non-Japanese companies, including Fresenius Medical Care, The Riverside Company, and SanDisk, in their investment activities in Japan. [1]
