Oksana Uberwolf is an associate in the Moscow office of Latham & Watkins. Since joining Latham in September 2006 Ms. Uberwolf has primarily focused on capital market transactions and mergers and acquisitions. She has also experience representing clients before federal and local governmental bodies, including Russian antimonopoly authorities.
After graduating from the Moscow State Law Academy she joined ALRUD, a Russian law firm. At ALRUD Ms. Uberwolf was involved in a number of M&A projects and advised clients on corporate and commercial matters, including antitrust, currency regulation, privatization, intellectual property, advertising and licensing matters.
