Pamela L. Taylor

Pam Taylor represents companies in antitrust matters. Her practice includes government antitrust investigations and enforcement actions before the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice Antitrust Division. Pam counsels clients on the full range of antitrust issues, including the antitrust aspects of mergers, joint ventures and strategic alliances, pricing and price discrimination, distribution issues, dealer terminations, marketing practices, and Hatch-Waxman Act strategies. She also advises companies on Hart-Scott-Rodino premerger notification requirements.
