Parker Tresemer is an intellectual property litigation associate in the Los Angeles office. He has experience in all stages of litigation from pre-suit investigations through appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Mr. Tresemer has litigated in various district courts in diverse technical fields, including:

- Light-Emitting Diodes
- Medical Devices
- Plant Breeding
Mr. Tresemer earned his law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he was a managing editor for the UCLA Law Review. Mr. Tresemer has written on a number of intellectual property and technology issues.
Mr. Tresemer is a member of the State Bar of California as well as the American Bar Association and American Intellectual Property Law Association. He is admitted to practice before the Central, Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
