Paulina Bracamontes

Paulina Bracamontes has broad experience in banking law, including project finance transactions, applications to obtain licences to operate financial groups, banking institutions, and other regulated financial institutions as well as in the preparation of all type of corporate documents and legal opinions in regards to the financial sector and commercial law. She has assisted numerous national and international clients in connection with government approvals and with the negotiation of agreements arising from credits granted by financial institutions. She also has advised and negotiated loan and ancillary agreements relating to the financing of client projects.

Paulina advises banking institutions in various matters, including the amendment of bylaws and corporate regime to adapt to the financial reform recently issued in Mexico. She participated in obtaining the license and incorporation of Grupo Financiero Base, which is the controlling company of a banking institution and a brokerage house in Mexico, and assisted in the drafting and negotiation of multiple loan agreements being granted in favor of Industrias Costa Mesa, Islas de Mayakoba, and Linzor Capital Partners.
