Pete Wilkinson advises clients on strategic investments, divestments, and related financing in the energy, natural resources, and infrastructure sectors. He has significant experience representing public and private companies, state-owned enterprises, and funds in a variety of transactions relating to energy, natural resources, and infrastructure matters including dispositions and acquisitions (asset and equity transactions), debt and equity financing, joint ventures and consortiums, strategic alliances, and other capital raising ventures.

Pete's recent transactions include Ophir Plc's acquisition of oil and gas assets in Indonesia from Niko Resources Ltd; advising a Hong Kong-based construction company on an India infrastructure joint venture; advising an Indonesian-focused upstream oil and gas company on asset acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures with existing and new partners, and equity and debt fund raisings; a Southeast Asia SOE's acquisition of Indonesian PSC interests; the sale of PSC interests by a U.S.-backed, Indonesia-focused upstream oil company; Temasek's potential equity investment in a China-focused upstream gas producer; and Niko Resources Ltd.'s PSC interest acquisitions and dispositions in Southeast Asia and related structured financings.
