Philippe Goutay

Philippe Goutay has extensive experience in banking and financial regulation, including with respect to capital requirements and anti-money laundering matters, and securities regulation (trading, clearing and custody, collateral, and netting arrangements). He also advises on financial products and service offerings such as asset management and represents clients in disciplinary litigation before financial authorities.

Philippe provides counsel to French and foreign market infrastructures, such as central depositories and clearinghouses, and advises French governmental authorities Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), Autorité de contrôle prudential et de resolution, and Banque de France with regard to new legislation. He also counsels professional associations (FBF, AFTI, and AMAFI). [1]
