Pilot Rouge

A young band of transplants from all over the South and Northeast, the members of Pilot Rouge began making thoughtful indie-rock music in college in Nashville, TN in the Fall of 2013. Soon after they put out their first recording, "Helen of Troy," a poetic, endearing, and musically beguiling debut.
After more than a year of touring and writing they are out with their second offering, "Legends", produced by lead singer Kevin Terry and Tom Michael (Shannon Labrie) at Zodlounge in Nashville.   Their sound here is bombastic yet groovy; tender yet not without drive; vulnerable and evocative yet grounded, poised and thoughtful. Frequent duets between Terry and keyboardist Allison Louise figure prominently in their music and writing.
Pilot Rouge has been featured on the Billy Block Show, played stages at the Red Gorilla Festival in Austin, TX, BMI showcases, as well as playing well known venues all over the Southeast and Midwest. [+]
