Andrew Westgate is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. His practice includes representing clients on the environmental aspects of commercial and financial transactions, environmental litigation and advising on regulatory, energy and climate policy matters.
Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Westgate worked as a consultant in Beijing, providing strategic advice to American firms doing business in China. Mr. Westgate also briefly worked at an environmental technology consulting startup in Beijing. Mr. Westgate joined the firm in 2013 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he worked in the Criminal Appeals Project and was President of the Mock Trial program.
