Rachel Sheridan, a partner in the Washington, D.C. office, focuses her practice on capital markets transactions, including public and private securities offerings, securities regulation, company representation and general corporate matters.
Ms. Sheridan has extensive experience in public and private securities offerings of both equity and debt securities and regularly represents both private equity funds and portfolio companies in buyout, acquisition and exit financing transactions. She also regularly represents investment banks in public equity offerings and high yield debt offerings, and counsels public companies regarding their public reporting obligations, corporate governance matters and other issues related to public company status.
