Rebekah Blake's practice covers a wide range of commercial litigation, from general contract disputes to more specialized litigations involving corporate securities and regulatory inquiries. She practices in federal and state courts as well as in the commercial arbitration context. In addition to her experience representing defendants in commercial litigation, Rebekah has represented corporate plaintiffs in FINRA arbitrations involving CDOs and CLOs.
