In addition, Richard advises clients on multijurisdictional sourcing and outsourcing arrangements.Richard negotiates and drafts agreements involving the transfer, use, and sharing of intellectual property, including agreements relating to research, development, licensing, confidentiality, noncompetition, consulting, assignment, manufacturing, outsourcing, and joint venture. He performs and evaluates due diligence relating to the acquisition, licensing, or transfer of technology and intellectual property. Richard's experience in agreements includes all phases of contract work, from developing or responding to requests for proposals, to drafting and negotiating master contractual arrangements, to evaluating particular engagements hand-in-hand with subject matter experts.
