Robert A. Naeve

Bob Naeve's practice focuses on complex civil litigation. He has significant experience in unfair competition litigation involving allegations of theft of trade secrets, wrongful solicitation of employees, breach of duty of loyalty, and enforcement of pre- and post-term noncompetition agreements.

Bob is also deeply involved in program and facilities access litigation filed under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, California's Unruh Civil Rights Act and Blind and Disabled Persons Act, and various federal and state regulations and building codes. He has acted as lead trial lawyer in nationwide class actions involving the alleged inaccessibility of big-box retailers, Internet Web sites, and other programs and services offered by public and private entities.
