Robert L. Thomson

Robert Thomson's practice focuses on commercial disputes in a wide variety of areas including international trade, insurance, banking, commodities, intellectual property, and white-collar crime and fraud. Robert's recent experience includes representing the owners of Banco Delta Asia on issues arising from their alleged business links with North Korea; undertaking factual investigations in Southeast Asia on behalf of a number of defendants in the 9/11 litigation taking place in the United States; advising Mattel on its toy recall litigation and related issues; and advising various private equity funds on legal issues arising from their investments in China and elsewhere.
