He has sold and restructured thousands of properties through various proceedings, including 363 sales, loan modifications, deeds in lieu of foreclosure and lease rejections/assumptions.
His clients consist of publicly traded and privately held, domestic and foreign real estate operating companies, developers, REITs, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds and other institutional investors.
