Robert T. Clarkson

Bob Clarkson advises public and private companies on a variety of corporate finance and governance matters, including public offerings, private financings, SEC reporting and compliance, NASDAQ listing matters, mergers and acquisitions, board governance, board self-evaluations, and internal investigations. He regularly counsels boards of directors of both public and private companies. Bob's primary emphasis is on technology and emerging growth companies. He has extensive experience advising technology companies on a range of corporate matters, including initial start-up and financing of new companies, structuring employee equity incentive programs, mezzanine and IPO financings, M&A transactions, and technology joint ventures and similar arrangements. He has practiced law and business in Silicon Valley for more than 30 years. Bob also advises venture capital funds on fund formation, portfolio company investments, and internal partner matters.
