Robin A. Kelley

Robin Kelley is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial Practice. Ms. Kelley’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including defense of class actions, intellectual property litigation and environmental litigation. Ms. Kelley has conducted investigations, drafted briefs and motions, taken and defended depositions, negotiated settlements and worked with expert witnesses.      

Ms. Kelley also is a member of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee. She is an active participant in the firm’s pro bono program and received the firm’s Pro Bono Star award in 2015. Most recently, she secured an impressive settlement for 40 low-income tenants residing in slum conditions in South Central Los Angeles. 

Ms. Kelley is a graduate of Harvard Law School. During law school, she worked for the United States Attorney for the District of Massachusetts and the United States Department of Homeland Security. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Steven Z. Perren of the California Court of Appeal, Second District.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Kelley worked as a legal assistant for the Ventura County District Attorney.
