Roland Barral

Roland Barral serves as of counsel in the Tax Controversy and Litigation Group. With more than 30 years of experience at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Mr. Barral last held the position of area counsel for financial services (large business and international division) within the Office of Chief Counsel.
