Rosanna K. McCalips

Rosanna McCalips practices complex commercial litigation with a focus on antitrust matters. She has defended clients against multidistrict class action lawsuits alleging price-fixing or monopolization. She also has experience defending pharmaceutical companies against allegations of antitrust violations premised on the alleged misuse of intellectual property rights or the regulatory approval processes to extend market exclusivity for brand name drugs. Her other litigation experience includes cases involving claims against federal agencies under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and the Administrative Procedure Act (APA), claims arising from credit card security breaches, and claims of professional negligence related to Pap smear testing.

In addition to litigation, Rosanna has experience in alternative dispute resolution, having represented clients in international arbitration proceedings before arbitral panels of the International Chamber of Commerce. [1]
