Rotari Metodo Classico Riserva

The Riserva comes from a blend of Chardonnay and a small percentage of Pinot Nero, precisely selected and harvested by hand. It is a Rotari product reached by a long and refined fermentation in the bottle according to the traditional Metodo Classico with respect to the Trento DOC discipline. The selection of the Chardonnay grapes occurs with the preference of having a good level of maturation while still maintaining a balanced acidity. The fermentation of the wine takes place partly in barriques which brings a complex and velvety character to the product. The resting on its lees takes place for another 48 months and gives to the Rotari Riserva a notable structure, elegance and balance. [+]
