Rowan T. Mason

Rowan Mason's practice focuses on complex litigation with an emphasis on construction and infrastructure litigation. He has represented private owners, public entities, and general contractors in all stages of litigation primarily involving delay, breach of contract, and defect claims. Rowan also has experience representing clients in consumer class actions and insurance recovery matters.

Rowan has extensive experience in managing the discovery and motion practice in very large matters, including devising and managing significant and cost-effective e-discovery systems. Recently he spent a significant amount of time as part of the legal team that represented MGM Resorts and its joint venture partner Dubai World in what began as a $1 billion contract dispute over the construction of the $8.5 billion CityCenter project in Las Vegas.
