Ryan Taylor represents financial institutions, public and private borrowers, and sponsors in a wide variety of financing transactions, including secured and unsecured credit facilities, acquisition financings, asset-based loans, subscription credit facilities, second lien and subordinated loans, and debtor-in-possession financings, that encompass a broad spectrum of industries and business sectors.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2015, Ryan worked in the Chicago office of an Am Law 100 law firm where he was part of a team that advised financial institutions, borrowers, and private equity funds on finance, M&A, securities, and other corporate matters. [1]
