Sallier de la Tour Nero d'Avola

Nero d’Avola is a variety which has a long history, although it was showed off and introduced to wine lovers and consumers only a few years ago, placing it at a level of prestige not only in its land of origin, Sicily, but also in the rest of Italy and the rest of the world. The Nero d’Avola of Sallier de la Tour is produced with great passion, favouring firstly low productions per vine, therefore guaranteeing itself a harvest which is higher in quality and concentration. The choice of ageing the product in wood for twelve months and assembling it later with the same wine aged in steel, allows to keep the fresh and fruity notes of a young wine and to obtain aromas of spices and liquor, extremely elegant. In addition, the wine indicates a good evolutionary potential throughout the time. [+]
