Sam Fouad is Ernst & Young’s Americas emerging markets leader, based in New York City. From 2003 to 2011, Foaud was a member of the global executive and senior global leadership teams. He was global managing partner of people from 2008 to 2011, leading overall human resources strategy and operations for Ernst & Young’s more than 144,000 employees. He was global vice chair of tax services from 2003 to 2008, leading overall strategy and operations of EY Tax Services, a group with revenues of more than $6 billion worldwide.
