Sarah A. Hunger

Sarah Hunger focuses her practice on litigating complex cases at the trial and appellate levels. She has drafted appellate briefs filed in federal and state courts and has argued before the Ninth Circuit. Sarah has experience in developing case strategy, expert and fact discovery, preparing witnesses for trial, and post-trial briefing. She also has conducted the examination of witnesses and argued evidentiary disputes during trial.

Sarah maintains an active pro bono practice. She currently represents several individuals in civil actions against state officials for violations of their Fourth and Eighth Amendment rights. She also serves as an associate trustee for the Washington Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights and Urban Affairs. [1]
