Scott A. Edelstein

Scott Edelstein advises U.S. and international health care industry associations, national health care systems, community hospitals, and pharmaceutical and biomedical companies on health care regulatory and transactional matters. He assists hospitals and physician groups in developing strategies for hospital/physician alignment, M&A, joint ventures, and fraud and abuse compliance. He also has substantial experience in health IT-related issues, including cloud computing, social media, electronic health records (EHRs), telehealth, data breach incident response, data privacy and security, and mobile health applications.
