He also regularly advises clients in connection with the formation of joint ventures, disposition and development agreements with municipalities, and the financeability of ground leases.
Mr. McPhee has spent more than 15 years involved in real estate ownership, development, and finance, including working as a project manager for a California-based real estate developer, vice president and senior counsel for a Fortune 200 commercial real estate finance company, and practicing attorney representing financial institutions, investors, and property owners and developers.
