Mr. Sittig's particular interest is helping leaders of local governments and nonprofit organizations identify measures that both save money and better allocate scarce resources. He is skilled at finding solutions to fiscal, economic and local government issues. In 2010, his work as project manager on a two- part, two-year study for the community of Seneca Falls NY was recognized with a national award from the Governmental Research Association. The national group awarded its Outstanding Policy Achievement Award to CGR for examining ways to reduce the cost of government to stimulate economic growth in the community, and subsequently for helping develop a dissolution plan for the village.
