Sevan Ogulluk

Sevan Ogulluk's practice focuses on prosecuting and defending complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, as well as advising and representing clients in connection with government enforcement actions, investigations, administrative proceedings, and before alternative dispute tribunals. He routinely represents international and domestic companies and individuals in cases involving a broad range of subject areas, including complex commercial disputes, securities, fraud and other business torts, intellectual property, real estate, shareholder and partnership disputes, employment law, and product liability litigation.

Sevan has defended and prosecuted on behalf of clients in securities fraud and shareholder derivative actions and has substantial experience in defending clients involved in SEC and other agencies' enforcement investigations and actions. He also has assisted in investigations of corruption and dishonesty in the Teamsters Union and has litigated a large variety of commercial matters and intellectual property disputes for companies such as Lehman Brothers, LUKOIL, and The Royal Bank of Scotland. In addition, Sevan has defended a variety of product liability actions for IBM, R.J. Reynolds, and other companies. [1]
