Shay Dvoretzky

Shay Dvoretzky focuses on appellate advocacy, complex trial-level motions, and strategic counseling. He has argued before federal and state courts nationwide, including the U.S. Supreme Court and almost all the federal courts of appeal. His experience within the last year includes labor law, employment discrimination, ERISA, constitutional law, administrative law, class actions, mass torts, the False Claims Act, bankruptcy, and foreign sovereign immunity.

Shay has recently won multiple victories for CBS Corporation, including in the Second Circuit (involving class claims under ERISA), the Seventh Circuit (involving federal jurisdiction over asbestos cases removed from state court), and the South Carolina Supreme Court (involving statutory interpretation).
