Sheila has been a fitness and nutrition enthusiast her entire adult life. She regularly attended “aerobics” classes while in college which is also when she became a proponent of eating a natural whole foods diet while avoiding artificial ingredients of any kind. Several years working as a chef helped Sheila incorporate her healthy eating style with gourmet cooking. “Healthy food tastes good!”Although consistently active with gardening and other outdoor activities, Sheila needed a little something extra to get back into shape after the birth of her second child. It was weight training, introduced to her by her husband that was the answer. Within a few months Sheila was in the best shape of her life and officially became a self proclaimed “gym rat”.
