Shelley Diamond

Ms. Shelley Diamond serves as Worldwide Managing Partner at Y&R Advertising, Inc. Ms. Diamond has been Worldwide Managing Partner, Dell, Xerox and Campbell accounts of Young & Rubicam, Inc. since December 2009 and is responsible for these global clients across geography and discipline. In this role, Ms. Diamond leads the day-to-day operations of the agency, formulating and implementing strategic direction, attracting talent, expanding the office’s new media and digital capabilities, and cultivating new business from both existing and new clients. She was Managing Partner of the New York office at Young & Rubicam, Inc. since July 13, 2007 and served as Managing Director of Young & Rubicam's flagship NY agency for three years. Ms. Diamond served in various roles at Young and Rubicam since joining in February 1991, and served as its Director of Client Services since 2001. She served in a number of leadership positions at Young and Rubicam including Executive Vice President, Director of Account Management and Global Client Leader, responsible for Campbell's, Xerox and MetLife. As such, she was key in steering and championing the growth, development and structure of the New York Account Management department that serves over 30 client partners andpro bono accounts. Before joining Young and Rubicam, she held various positions at Ted Bates Advertising, at Grey Advertising and at Foote Cone and Belding, an advertising agency. Ms. Diamond served as the Global Managing Partner for Xerox since 1991, and was instrumental in leading its repositioning from "The Copier Company" to "The Document Company". Her responsibilities included strategic Brand leadership, spanning 57 countries and the integration of marketing activities to help drive profitable growth. She has also led Campbell Soup team since 1999. Throughout her career, Ms. Diamond served over 30 client partners and pro bono accounts, including strategic branding initiatives with Xerox and Campbell Soup. Ms. Diamond has been a Director of PAETEC Holding Corp. since March 6, 2009 and PAETEC Communications, Inc. since March 2009 and also serves on the boards of SIFE (Students in Free Enterprise) and AUP (Academy of Urban Planning). She was recognized by the Advertising Women of New York and Working Mother magazine as a "Working Mother of the Year" in 2006 and was also honored as YWCA's "Woman of the Year" in 1995. [+]
