Sheltered Turtle

Sheltered Turtle is an exuberant, autobiographical, percussive fingerstyle acoustic guitar solo act following in the footsteps of Michael Hedges, Don Ross, and Leo Kottke. His debut record, "Runaway Sketchbook" (2013), recorded at the Fleisher Art Memorial Sanctuary in Philadelphia, PA, became a BandCamp Best-Seller. The follow-up album, "Meridian Eclipse" is slated for a February 2014 release and was recorded in a 1600's chapel built atop consecrated burial grounds at the "birthplace of religious freedom," Historic St. Mary's City, MD.
