Shephard W. Hill

is president of Boeing International and a member of the company’s Executive Council. Hill oversees Boeing’s international affairs and has responsibility for 20 Boeing in-country operations throughout the world. Previously, Hill was senior vice president of Boeing’s Business Development and Strategy, where he was responsible for analyzing and developing plans to drive growth and nurture new businesses. He also coordinated the company’s Corporate Development function. Hill was formerly vice president of Business Development at Boeing Integrated Defense Systems. Before that, Hill was vice president of Boeing Space and Communications’ Government Relations. Hill joined Boeing in 1996, when the company acquired Rockwell's Aerospace and Defense, where Hill was vice president of Aerospace Government Affairs and Marketing.
