In addition, he has extensive experience in intellectual property and technology matters, including computer software, e-commerce issues, the prosecution of trademark and copyright applications before the United States Patent and Trademark and Copyright Offices, trademark and copyright disputes, trademark and trade secret protection and misappropriation, merchandise and technology licensing, transfers, and counseling concerning such matters.Sid's e-commerce practice involves issues related to doing business on the Internet, including Web site agreements and electronic contracting, privacy rights issues, protection of intellectual property, Internet-related joint ventures, and online contests and sweepstakes.
