Simon Kelly was a property developer in Ireland working in the industry for over 20 years. His family business was one of the most active during this time developing a number of multinational headquarters and an extensive hotel portfolio. Simon Kelly wrote a widely read newspaper column for the Sunday Tribune and followed this up with his book Breakfast with Anglo which told the story of the property business and banking during the boom.
