Wadhawan Holdings is privately-held & unlisted holding company & corporate body for the group, having operating companies' / brands' presence in • Housing Finance (Dewan Housing Finance Ltd) • Venture Capital fund (DHFL Venture Capital) • Real Estate (Dheeraj & East Coast in UAE & Australia + Large infrastructure projects through Special Economic Zones in India) • Food & Grocery - Convenience store formats (Spinach, Sangam, Sabka Bazaar, Smart Retail) • Food & Beverage (brands including Aurus fine dine, Noodle House, Dish Central, Sanchos, Nashta Chai) • Education (RK Wadhawan Institute) • Lifestyle Retail (Licensed brands such as Ed Hardy, Christian Audigier, Kitson, Phillipe Plein) • Hospitality (Luxury hotels, Business hotels, Spas & Resorts). He holds the responsibility of ensuring strategic alliance initiatives for the group, cutting across all its business verticals. His team looks into all relationships in the current & prospective corporate relationships for the group. Prior to this role, he incubated & headed the Lifestyle Business unit at the Holding Co level. His team invested in and/or incubated businesses in the lifestyle segment covering Food & Beverage including fine dine concepts, Luxury retailing, Lifestyle products including apparel & accessories.
