Stacey Cohen represents clients in all aspects of intellectual property litigation and arbitration, with a focus on patent, trade secret, and other technology and science-based disputes and related counseling. Ms. Cohen has represented clients in the pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology, financial services, consumer electronics, retail, cosmetics, semiconductor and IT industries. Ms. Cohen has particular experience in life sciences matters, including patent litigation under the Hatch-Waxman Act. She has represented clients at the district court and state court levels as well as at the appellate level before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Ms. Cohen also has authored submissions to the Supreme Court of the U.S., including an amicus brief submitted on behalf of the American Bar Association and a petition for a Writ of Certiorari on behalf of the Innocence Project.
