She later jumped from vice president to global account managing director after a three-year stint in Asia. By age 34, she was leading the company’s fourth-largest revenue-generating client and was named partner – in the top one percent of her peers. Today, Berdan is a successful author, speaker, and consultant focusing on the benefits of feminine leadership and the changing role of women managers within the context of an increasingly global marketplace. Supplementing her own successful international career as a marketing communications executive, she conducted more than 50 in-depth interviews of women who have done the same.
