Stephen O’Donohue is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice.
Mr. O’Donohue focuses his practice primarily on patent litigation. He represents clients in federal district court and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board in cases involving various technologies, including semiconductors, consumer electronics and medical devices.
Mr. O’Donohue’s litigation experience includes fact discovery, motions practice and claim construction. He also has experience preparing and filing inter partes review petitions. Mr. O’Donohue served as a law clerk to the Honorable Claire C. Cecchi of the US District Court for the District of New Jersey. Prior to law school, Mr. O’Donohue was an engineer in the aerospace and optics manufacturing industries.
