New Orleans-based Sue Zemanick is the executive chef of Gautreau's Restaurant and her latest venture Ivy. In 2008, Food & Wine magazine named Zemanick one of the top ten best new chefs in America, a title later reflected in her five James Beard nominations, three of which were amassed before she turned 30.
