Summer Nasief was the first IBM Saudi female industry executive to be appointed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. She has over fourteen years experience in the technology matrix across the globe and in her most recent post she lead the Healthcare and LifeScience vertical working with government agencies such as the Saudi Ministry of Health on the quality of care transformation throughout Saudi Arabia. She has also become a prominent ambassador for change working with the Ministry of Labour and new enterprise cells empowering women to become active agents in the ever evolving Saudi female workforce. She was awarded a fellowship in 2014 with the Middle East Leadership Institute headed by Aspen and was named the 47th most powerful Arab Women in the region by Arabian Business 2015.
