She has more than 20 years of experience in transforming organizations through creative strategies and achieving exceptional results. Her broad customer service management experience also includes posts at local, national and international levels at Ameritech. She served as Chief Customer and Operations Officer for T-Mobile USA. She led T Mobile from "worst to first" in Customer Service Satisfaction in just 18 months. She focused on the customer experience in the retail channel, and drove customer and revenue growth. Ms. Nokes joined T-Mobile as Senior Vice President of Customer Service in April 2002. She served as Vice President for WalMart.com. She has also launched successful customer service initiatives with retail giant, Wal-Mart. She serves as a Trustee of City Year, Inc. She has been a participant in Fortune's "Most Powerful Women in Business" programs annually since 2002. Ms. Nokes is involved in outreach to underprivileged families and youth through Detroit's Focus Hope and in Chicago's Cabrini Green neighborhood.
