Tali Weiss is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins. Her practice focuses primarily on US federal taxation of corporations, partnerships and real estate investment trusts in various domestic and international contexts.
Ms. Weiss participates in the firm’s pro bono program, assisting nonprofit organizations with formation, tax exemption and other legal matters. Before joining Latham, Ms. Weiss was a legal and policy advisor at the United Nations Global Compact, a strategic policy initiative for corporate social responsibility. During law school, Ms. Weiss was on the executive board of the Hale Moot Court Honors Program and was a student supervisor at the USC Law Immigration Clinic.
