Tanya Macrae is an associate in the Litigation & Trial Department of Latham & Watkins and is based in the London office. Ms. Macrae advises on antitrust and competition law at UK and EU level as part of Latham & Watkins’ global Antitrust & Competition Practice.
Ms. Macrae advises clients from a wide range of industry sectors on complex cases involving all areas of EU and UK antitrust and competition law. Ms. Macrae’s experience includes, in relation to M&A transactions, all stages of UK and EU merger control, as well as matters engaging Chapter I/Article 101 (vertical and horizontal agreements, information exchange and cartels) and Chapter II/Article 102 (abuse of dominance).
Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, Ms. Macrae worked as an associate at another global firm in London, and in Moscow.
