Tatiana Minaeva

Tatiana Minaeva has more than 17 years of experience representing clients in international arbitration and cross-border litigation proceedings in matters concerning joint ventures, construction, investments, fraud, facility agreements, and guarantees.

Tatiana primarily represents clients, the majority of whom are from Russia and the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States), in international arbitration. Before joining Jones Day in 2014, she practiced for a number of years in a London city law firm and before that in the Moscow office of a major international law firm where she represented clients in international arbitration proceedings under the rules of the ICC, LCIA, SCC, and ICAC as well as in Russian court litigation in relation to the enforcement of foreign arbitration awards and obtaining freezing injunctions in support of foreign arbitration proceedings.
