Tecnica Mach 1 100 MV Ski Boots 2016 | Wiki & Review | Everipedia

The Mach 1 100 MV from Tecnica is a great boot for the strong intermediate to advanced skier that has a medium to narrow forefoot, and shaft of the leg, with a tall instep. The Mach 1 100 has Tecnica's C.A.S (Custom Adaptive Shape) liner and shell. The C.A.S. Liner has the ability to be heated, punched, and grinded for tweaking the fit. Tecnica's C.A.S. Shell has an anatomically accurate shape and small dimples in common areas for bootfitters to stretch. The dimples make the shell easier to heat, and hold a punch easier. The Mach 1 100 is built with Tecnica's i-Rebound Construction that has four metal to metal connecting points between the upper and lower shells that give you forward flex resistance, rearward stability, and a high amount of rebound, and energy transfer. The Mach 1 100 has a 35mm Velcro Powerstrap that acts as a fifth buckle to keep a firm wrap across your shin, and provide you with more leverage to power your boots. Tecnica's Quick Instep Construction has a softer injected plastic over the instep of your foot that makes the boot very easy to slide in and out of. If you are a strong intermediate to advanced skier looking for a boot that has a medium to narrow fit in both the forefoot and shaft of the leg, with a tall instep and plenty of power, the Tecnica Mach 1 100 MV will have you flying down the mountain.
