The Poncé Brothers

The Poncé Brothers are a twin rock duo originally hailing from Muncie, Indiana now calling Music City their home. Carson and Michael Poncé moved to Nashville in the spring of 2011 to finish their college degrees at Belmont University but first and foremost, pursue their musical aspirations.

Musicians since age 11, the brothers have spent more than a decade crafting and developing their own personal and unique sound, a sound that shines when listening to their debut album, American Novella. Eclectic themes, engaging harmonies and reflective writing remain wonderfully consistent throughout this 12 track project. As self-described, “Old musical souls” songs like “Backseat Romeo” and “Echoes on the Highway” have a distinctively classic rock feel to them while tracks “Pretty Places” and “Strangers” (featuring a fellow up-and-coming Nashville musician, Logan Brill) present a more singer/songwriter side of the twins.

The Poncé Brothers are currently booking local and regional shows, and will be recording their new EP in February 2016. [+]
